Providing consulting services in drafting and review International Investment Agreements (IIAs), protocols and Investment chapter in Free Trade Agreement (FTA) -conducting analyses on international investment agreements.
Providing technical notes in international arbitration cases based on Investor-State Disputes Settlement ISDS provisions included in International Investment Agreements (IIAs).
